Service Description

At Stable Instincts, equine massage and alignment sessions are designed to improve muscle function, mobility, comfort, and overall performance. Whether your horse is a high-level athlete, weekend partner, senior companion, or recovering from compensation patterns, bodywork can support healthier movement and improved well-being. During each session, we assess muscle tension, posture, compensation patterns, and movement to better understand what your horse’s body may be communicating. Your horse may benefit from bodywork if they: - Feel stiff or resistant - Struggle with bending or transitions - Pin ears during grooming or saddling - Show uneven muscle development - Have behavioural changes under saddle - Are recovering from workload changes or injury Looking at your horse’s comfort from all angles? Explore our Saddle Fitting Services to assess how tack may impact movement and muscle function. Muscle development and recovery can also be influenced by feeding programs so learn more about our Equine Nutrition Consultations. Serving horses across Alberta including Calgary, Airdrie, Okotoks, Cochrane, Red Deer, Edmonton and surrounding areas. **Mileage will be added outside 50km radius** Read our post on The Dangers of Tight Muscles in The Barn Tab
